What is the red/green indicator in the co-op link frame stands for?

The two colors indicator RED and GREEN signal if the co-op link advertiser has earned credits for displaying it. When our co-op link displayed in the T.E. surf bar or Safelist Mailer display frame or display bar the color indicator is RED and it turns to GREEN after 4 seconds.

If the timer of the surf bar is less than 4 seconds the advertiser will not earn credit and the page advertise and display in our co-op frame will not lose assigned credit of the pages displayed in our co-op frame. When the color indicator turns to GREEN,  it means that the advertiser has earned credit (1 credit for paid members and 0.50 for free members).
