Must read before submitting new support ticket!
Upon submitting new support ticket, you agree to receive an email confirmation notice from us when we received the ticket and we reply it. You need to whitelist the following Actual Hits 4u Co-op Marketing emails; email@example.com, firstname.lastname@example.org, email@example.com before you send your ticket to be sure you don't miss our reply and our email communication related to your account with us.
We highly recommend to Gmail for support and also your account with us, since some email providers block emails from Traffic Exchange and Safelist Mailer related sites.
You will be notified instantly when you submit new support ticket. If you don't find it, check your Junk/Spam folder.
Please check the Knowledgebase below before you send a ticket.
Your question will not be read if you reply directly to system generated notification emails such as newsletters and confirmation emails. The firstname.lastname@example.org is not monitored and it will not be read by our support staff. The email@example.com email address is not monitored regularly. We strongly suggest to use our support system whenever you need to communicated with us and choose the right support ticket category from the list to get accurate response accordingly.
